Alcoholics Anonymous: a worldwide voluntary organization of men and women who, through a twelve-step program, seek to help each other stay sober and learn to live healthy, fulfilling lives. The only requirement for membership is a desire to stop drinking.

Narcotics Anonymous: a self-help organization for those who seek assistance with a drug addiction, based on a twelve-step program and modeled after Alcoholics Anonymous. The only requirement for membership is the desire to stop using addictive drugs.

Al-Anon: an international self-help organization for people who have been affected by the compulsive use of alcohol by a family member or friend. Founded in the United States in 1951, it uses the twelve-step program adapted from Alcoholics Anonymous and includes Alateen for younger individuals. Al-Anon members share their experiences with and offer support to one another to promote personal recovery and growth.

FirstLink: provides confidential emotional support to those experiencing mental health concerns, suicidal ideation, or substance use through phone calls, caring cards, or texts.
