“I loved culinary at NDSCS because while I was being prepared for a career in culinary I also had the privilege of trying all kinds of new foods and cooking methods I was unfamiliar with. The Chef instructors at NDSCS were very knowledgeable and willing to sculpt the lessons around what we wanted to learn about too. Outside of classes, the events and extracurriculars put on by the school like grocery bingo and game nights helped me get out of my shell and introduced me to friends I still have today.”
