NDSCS is required to file form 1098-T to the IRS for each student that has been enrolled in for-credit classes and has had a reportable 1098-T tax transaction during the tax year.

Sponsorships are designed to assist students with the affordability of their college education and assist businesses with recruiting and retaining qualified employees for industries that are experiencing a workforce shortage.
A Third Party/Employer is an outside agency or business that submits an authorization to NDSCS to pay for all or a part of a student’s NDSCS account charges.
