Dates & Deadlines
- Classes begin on Dec 23rd and end on January 10th
- Last day to add an intersession course is Dec 24th.
- Last day for a 100% course refund is Dec 23rd.
- Last day to drop no record is Dec 24th.
- Last day to drop with a “W” is Jan 5th.
Intersession Information
Tuition & Fees
- Tuition and fees will be charged under the spring 2025 semester.
- Tuition and fees will be due when the regular spring 2025 semester charges are due.
- Students needing a transcript with intersession grades posted, would need to pay for the course(s) before the transcript is released.
Financial Aid
- Intersession courses are eligible for Financial Aid.
- If eligible, financial aid will be disbursed when the spring 2025 semester aid is disbursed. There will be no special disbursement.
- If a student fails an intersession course(s), Financial aid will not cover the course.
Records
- Intersession will be a part of the spring semester record.
- Open to all students. Students may take intersession courses through the collaborative program, but the Tri-College program is not eligible.
